Question-1: How long does it take to deliver my order?

Question-2: How do I track my order?
Answer-2: Once your product has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to follow it until it is delivered to you. You also can track your order by using your tracking number from Tracking Your Order

Answer-3: The Minim Home store respects the 30-day return policy. All returns must be made within thirty (30) days after receiving your item. We cannot accept returns beyond 30 days. Read more details about Returns & Cancellation Policy

Question-4: How do I make changes to an existing order?
Answer-4: You may cancel your order for a free cost within 12 hours of making your order by responding to the order confirmation email. You may then cancel as long as the goods has not yet been sent. The order cannot be canceled after it has been sent. If you fulfill the "cancel order" criteria.Your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Question-5: Do you deliver across the world?
Answer-5: No. We currently deliver to US.

Question-15: Will customs and taxes be included in the product price?
Answer-15: Extra charges like Import tax, duties and related Customs fees if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country and the cost is not covered in payments you made to us. Please contact your local Customs office directly for further details.

Question-16: Is it possible to change or cancel an order?
Answer-16: Please contact our team immediately if you need to change or cancel your order but we unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel your order after it has left our warehouse.

Question-17: What if I receive a damaged product?
Answer-17: Please email admin@minimhome.store with your order number including a video and photos of the fault. The pictures/videos of the product must show that the product is unused, has all the tags intact.

Question-18: What payment method was received?
Answer-18: We receive all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Google Pay etc
